Featherdale Wildlife Park
Today we travel from the Central Coast to Doonside stopping along the way for morning tea.
We visit award winning Featherdale Wildlife Park. Home of 2200 animals that we can see close up. Animals Australia is famous for!
Walk through the koala enclosure; feed the kangaroos and wallabies; see wombats, echidnas & goannas; walk in the spectacular rainforest aviary; see cute little fairy penguins, crocodiles & dingoes; see the vividly coloured native Australian birds – cockatoos & parrots; walk through the reptile house and see the many species of snakes & lizards.
A great Australian wildlife experience
We then travel to Rooty Hill RSL for a leisurely lunch.
